个人简历

刘鹏飞,工学博士,副教授,硕士生导师;主要从事淀粉基降解材料、碳水化合物大分子结构与功能特性及改性等方面的研究;生物基材料及绿色造纸国家重点实验室变性淀粉与功能制品方向固定成员,泰山学者特聘专家团队核心成员;主持和参与国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金、山东省重点研发计划、山东省自然科学基金等项目10余项;在中国粮油学报、食品与发酵工业、Carbohydrate   PolymersFood HydrocolloidsUltrasonics   SonochemistryIndustrial Crops and Products等国内外期刊发表论文30余篇(SCI 一区Top期刊10篇);授权国家发明专利1项;指导学生获得第五届山东省互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛高校主赛道金奖;Carbohydrate   PolymersFood HydrocolloidsUltrasonics   SonochemistryJournal of Cereal ScienceStarch/StärkeJournal of Polymers   and the Environment SCI 期刊审稿人。
